Happy New Year from Noble Property Management

Happy New Year! First Week Back: Strong Start to 2026 at Noble Property Management

It’s been a busy first week back in the office for us here at Noble Property Management. After the holiday period, we’ve seen a surge in activity, with strong tenant demand and plenty of movement across our rental portfolio. It’s clear that 2026 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for our team and our clients.

From the moment we reopened, our days have been filled with inspections, conversations, and connecting the right tenants with the right homes. The level of interest we’ve seen has been incredibly encouraging and reflects the current strength of the rental market.

Here’s a snapshot of what we achieved in our first week back:

  • 17 property viewings held
  • 117 people attending inspections
  • 20 rental applications received
  • 5 properties successfully rented
  • 4 new landlords placing their trust in us to manage their investment properties

These results highlight not only the demand from tenants, but also the proactive approach our team takes to marketing properties, conducting viewings, and following up with prospective renters.

If you’re a landlord whose property has been sitting vacant over the holiday period, or if your current property manager hasn’t been able to secure a tenant yet, now is the perfect time to reassess. A vacant property can be costly, and with the current level of tenant activity, there may be missed opportunities. We’d love to have a conversation and show you how our hands-on approach, local knowledge, and dedicated team can help get your property rented sooner.
